Strong Start Award Recipient

The GB2 Football Foundation has presented Cooper Desroches, Mandeville High School Senior Quarterback the 1st Quarter ``Strong Start`` Award for exemplary performance on and off the field. Cooper leads all St. Tammany Quarterbacks and is 9th in the State with 1648 yards passing, all while keeping a 3.4 GPA in the classroom!

The Strong Start award is the first of what will be an annual award presented by the GB2 Football Foundation. The foundations mission is to give back the solid core values the game of football offers like accountability, trust, self-sacrifice, and hard work to the youth of today in order to make them better adults and leaders tomorrow.
